The interior design was created to reflect this ethos, allowing full transparency on where and how the goods are made with an oven inspired window to the bakery itself. The finishes are simple yet raw, supplied by local tradesmen and artisans, just like the baked goods. With the minimalist design, the main focus will always be the delicious goods on offer.
