Danielle Carnegie is the founder and lead designer behind Studio Alba. Growing up in Central Scotland gave her a deep appreciation for quality materials and honest craftsmanship, values that still shape every project she takes on.

Nearly a decade ago, she moved to Marbella - and never left. Since then, she has built a practice working on bespoke residential and commercial projects across Sotogrande, the Costa del Sol, Gibraltar and the UK.

With a degree in Interior Design from the University of Dundee and experience across both markets, her approach is distinctive, grounded and material-led, but warm and liveable. Never overdone.

As an expat herself, she understands the particular challenge of making a new place feel like home. She designs spaces that are not just beautiful but genuinely liveable: tailored to how you actually use them, finished with care, and built to last.
